Initially, everything is included in the rental, such as maintenance, wear and tear, tires and insurance. For electric vehicles, insurance and tire wear can be booked through us as an option. We are happy to coordinate your individual wishes with our rental options. Please contact us for a non-binding discussion.
To which workshop can the vehicles be taken for repair / maintenance?
We have over 6,000 partner workshops for breakdowns throughout Europe. We will be happy to find a partner workshop in your region for planned maintenance.
Replacement vehicle provision in the event of failure?
The rental vehicle is on strike and the order needs to be delivered? Call our emergency hotline and we will do everything we can to provide you with a replacement vehicle within 48 hours.
