Our Certifications
SOCIAL
By 2026, 100% of our employees will participate in at least one qualified training course using our newly implemented training software.
In this way, we specifically strengthen professional competence and safety awareness, promote personal development, and ensure long-term employee retention.
ECOLOGY
In 2025, our photovoltaic system enabled us to achieve a self-consumption rate of 31%. Through smart energy management and the use of battery storage systems, we aim to increase this figure to 35% by the end of 2026. This will allow us to use solar power more efficiently, reduce peak loads, and lower our external energy consumption.
ECONOMY
In 2025, electric tractors accounted for 12% of our fleet. By 2030, we aim to increase this share to 50%. We will achieve this through:
– the systematic electrification of our fleet,
– the needs-based expansion of the charging infrastructure,
– the integration of battery storage systems and intelligent load management,
– supporting our customers with in-depth analyses, personalized consulting, and the development of cost-effective and sustainable mobility concepts
